Tax Pro people. I am using 1800Acountant service at least for last 6-7 years and comletely satistied with their promt actions, courteous staff and understanding each other on tax issues. Also, getting their emails about tax due notices and other services they are providing regularly.

Buyer beware. I finally got a refund of the basic price that I paid. But no consideration of the money I had to pay to another accountant to undo the many awful and expensive mistakes that this company made or the bad advice that I acted on. Nor the stress I went through during this process. Plus it took 6 months of writing reviews on Trust Pilot and BBB to get any response. Contacting them directly (email, phone, in-app) was repeatedly ignored. Buyer beware.

Help & Guidance The help and guidance I got via telephone was truly appreciated and greatly needed. I was a bit hesitant while using the online tools but got better as I became more familiar with navigating the website. The "how to" videos were also very helpful.
