Poor Customer Service Biggest scam ever! Their motive is not to assist the customer but to place them into further debt by offering more loans with trickery tactics. Staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I heard personal phone calls of staff during business hours and the heavy use of profanity.When I became fed up with this horrible customer service and began to give them the same negative attitude they gave me they chose to ignore policy and threatened my account. I wouldn’t refer this company or at least this location to anyone!
