I have a very big filing with WA state for a mobile food truck in many locations. The POS system and the human errors make for several corrections in a filing. They are knowledgeable and get the corrections handled and ask questions when they don't understand. The only "complaint" is that initially before they understood my situation, at first, they were leaning heavily on the "normal" situation and let's just say my persistence paid off.

INTERNAL CONFUSION I really like doing business with this company. The problem is that they debit my account multiple times every day?? And many times they claim to forget to set aside the taxes despite the fact that they debit my account every day without ever missing. Basically they create unnecessary confusion and yet to give me a full explanation!
