GB2023 service degradation after rebranding... Last year the service had acceptable quality. This year after the rebranding the team seems completely disorganized. Messages bounce around many associates with junior titles in their email signatures. Takes days and weeks sometimes to get a response. Responses are vague and non-constructive. Simple startup tax returns with less than 100 transactions has been taking well over 3 months to complete.
