Sometimes I felt that they are slow but I realized that they always triple checked before giving their expert opinion, they even bring/consult core experts in many cases. Highly recommended I have been using the online Tax service for the past 5 years and I am very satisfied with it. 2023 service degradation after rebranding... Last year the service had acceptable quality. This year after the rebranding the team seems completely disorganized. Messages bounce around many associates with junior titles in their email signatures. Takes days and weeks sometimes to get a response. Responses are vague and non-constructive. Simple startup tax returns with less than 100 transactions has been taking well over 3 months to complete.
