The web interface is extremely user-friendly and by keeping this service year after year, the confidence of security and the ability to update from the previous years' information, is my time well spent and well worth it. I would recommend using TFX. TFX has been preparing my US tax returns since 2018. The tax questionnaire has made it a lot easier for me to compile all the data and documents that are required to prepare my tax returns. Also, I know what the fixed cost will be in advance so there are no unpleasant financial surprises. I would recommend using TFX.

pricing is not transparent It is a professional service, but the pricing is not transparent and costs get sneakily built in. As an American Expat living abroad with zero income except a modest investment account, the cost for TFX to prepare my return is $500.

Bait & switch fees, extremely spammy Site promoted a discount streamlined procedure for 1300$. Once I submitted all my documents, their fee jumped to 2300$. Day after sending me the inflated bait and switch fee, they constantly send spam rushing us to pay, by email, phone, whatsapp, voicemail, unending constant spam. I had to go somewhere else with tranparent fees and no spam.
