I had an amazing representative… I had an amazing representative (Kendrick) from Innovative Tax. I loved how transparent he was with what they could do for us. We did not move forward with innovative tax, not because of service or anything bad but because we were already in the best position with the IRS and this we learned from them. They took no money from us to do research on our case, and ensured that we were given all the information we needed to move forward with our debt.
