I've used them since 2017 and they continue to go above & beyond for us. The entire payroll process is easy and efficient each week. Premier also keeps us up to date with new state & federal changes each year. Any questions that I have whether it be related to payroll or HR are quickly answered with correct & prompt answers from their helpful team members. Early in our relationship with Premier, the owner & his HR director came out to our restaurant to personally meet & help me organize our HR documents. As a first time restaurant owner this action literally was a life saver. From that day on I knew I was in good hands. I love that they're a small locally owned company.

When he contacted me to discuss his payroll company, I was certainly willing to listen, but hesitated as I was already enrolled (and reasonably satisfied) with a large payroll company; but it is always good to listen. Glad I did. Moved payroll over to Premier..smooth and easy transition, much more personalized service, at a less expensive monthly cost!
