Clean Slate Tax -- FIRST RATE -- GOOD FAITH -- THE BEST. I called Clean Slate Tax when my Social Security was garnished in 2019 by the IRS for taxes due in 2006. Excellent Was being harassed by State tax people daily. Upon contact with Forrest from Clean Slate they immediately went to work on case and stopped the harassment. They researched my problem, filed the back taxes and arranged a payment plan. All this without leaving my home and no problems from the State every again
