Joe is the most awesome person he goes above and beyond to make sure I understand completely everything that's going on, he is so very patient, kind and down to earth person. He's a definite asset to CS. The lawyer always responded in a timely manner. CS took very good care of me. Big sigh of relief my tax issues are resolved. 🙌🏾🙏🏾

They just care about the money They just care about the money. At first they seem to be very helpful & very assuring. I had explained the problem to them how many times & the lawyer mr. Chi kept making mistakes in sending the papers required by IRS. So it almost a year just correct one mistake. I kept asking to postpone my last payment because I have no money left since IRS took all our money. They are the ones who said that if I encounter problems on payment I can always talk to them. Now they just took away my money earlier than my payment date without any notice. And I didn't have money in my account so I have to pay the bank the fee. My case with IRs is not yet resolved & I dont know if it will ever get resolved. Very unprofessional selfish company.

great service, with helpful people... they are there to help you solve your problems. I called clean slate taxes to assist me with my tax issue. They were friendly, and dedicated to helping ease my issue. The ball started rolling from the minute I called. Forms that needed signitures were easy to sign and return; I was able to do this via email. The price for the service was fair and they worked with me to break up my payments to my comfort level. Once my issues were resolved, they continued to check on me and oftered assistance to me if needed for any other issues that may arise.

A rare find! I contacted Clean Slate because of continuing problems with the IRS which had gone on for nine months without resolution. They were very understanding, and got to work immediately. There were not any hidden catches or fine print. As of this writing my IRS problems are Over. Exceptional company, exceptional people. Thank you to them all!
