Professional, caring with accessibility and results I contacted Clean Slate Tax by internet and was talking to a case manager within the hour. I was able to explain my situation which was my biggest hurdle. I was made to feel that my concerns were important and that Clean Slate would begin working on helping me at that moment. Everyone that contacted me from Clean Slate was respectful and helpful. I was very pleased with the results and was able to concentrate on my job while Clean Slate helped me.

They just care about the money They just care about the money. At first they seem to be very helpful & very assuring. I had explained the problem to them how many times & the lawyer mr. Chi kept making mistakes in sending the papers required by IRS. So it almost a year just correct one mistake. I kept asking to postpone my last payment because I have no money left since IRS took all our money. They are the ones who said that if I encounter problems on payment I can always talk to them. Now they just took away my money earlier than my payment date without any notice. And I didn't have money in my account so I have to pay the bank the fee. My case with IRs is not yet resolved & I dont know if it will ever get resolved. Very unprofessional selfish company.

Excellent Was being harassed by State tax people daily. Upon contact with Forrest from Clean Slate they immediately went to work on case and stopped the harassment. They researched my problem, filed the back taxes and arranged a payment plan. All this without leaving my home and no problems from the State every again
