Not upfront on cost The TaxQuotes rep (they made me take his name off the review- hope he doesn’t take anymore vacations on other hard working people’s backs) he was not truthful with us on the over all cost of the program! PS…we continued with the investigation because we would have been out of the money we already paid if we didn’t! AGAIN THE TOTAL COST WAS NOT DISCLOSED UPFRONT!

Truly an Amazing Company I was in a bit of a tax mess after not filing for a number of years, and i worked with TaxQuotes to get it figured out. Tyrone did an amazing job with the onboarding process, and Mitch was a fantastic tax preparer. They were understanding, patient, and so easy to work with. What looked like it was going to be a major problem was resolved in less than a year, ending with a zero balance with the IRS, and I actually ended up getting some refunds which meant I finished the process in the black, even with what I paid TaxQuotes for their services. We will be continuing to use them for our regular tax preparation moving forward.
