I referred a neighborhood business to The Refund Consultants when the owner disclosed to me that she was in financial dire straits after I observed her being visibly upset while patronizing her business. Because the owner’s first language is not English, I took it upon myself to also liaise with Emilia and team throughout the process. They were beyond thorough, knowledgeable and conducted themselves with the utmost integrity! My only regret is that I did not refer them to other businesses in my neighborhood earlier - before it was too late for them to stay open.
