Wow....Real Help for my Tax Issues I called Anthem based on reviews online. I was immediately connected with Eric Hannah, a Senor Tax Analysis who was outstanding. He patiently listened to me explaining my hot mess of a tax issue. With me on the phone, he called the IRS and the California Franchise Tax Board for a compliance call and got me more information than I could have ever gotten on my own. Eric has been more than helpful… Eric has been more than helpful throughout this whole entire process.
