Five stars I put off dealing with my tax situation for few years. Dealing with back taxes is extremely frustrating and after many sleepless nights, I went online to look for a company to assist me with my tax issues. My phone call was answered by Eric Hanna and after he gathered enough information to have an understanding of my situation, we proceeded with the enrollment process. Eric Hanna walked me thru the process with patience and without judgement. My decision to hire Anthem Tax Services was made solely based on how well and relieved, Eric made me feel on that first phone call. I can’t begin to express my gratitude to Eric Hanna, he has been there every step of the way thru phase one. Eric called the IRS and Franchisee Tax Board with me on the phone for a compliance call and was able to put a stop on the collection notices from the IRS and a modification of the wage garnishment from California Franchise Tax Board. Eric is always a text or phone call away, he and his team of professionals have made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend Anthem Tax Services to anyone that is dealing with a similar situation and especially I would recommend Eric Hanna. I would give more starts if it were allowed.

Federal Tax Issues/Lien Eric Hannah made my experience great, concerning my federal tax issues. After explaining my situation to him, he was upfront and honest with the information he gave me. Paid ATR over 10k only to be chewed out… Paid ATR over 10k only to be chewed out from a rep for not getting 6 years of receipts together in a timely fashion.(I received the call when my husband was in ccicu.) The tax preparer Satar was rude, wouldn’t listen, would not file an extension for the current tax year as I tried to explain he needed to wait for the transcripts. They did nothing after the filing. Now they want more money to make me compliant.?. I have been talked down to, belittled almost causing anxiety attacks. I’m loosing my home cause I can’t refi my mortgage cause of the tax liens. I can’t file for bankruptcy because I’m not current with my tax filing. When are these people going to be stopped!?!?
