Fed me the whole we are here for you blah blah and I fell for it and as soon as they had me they stopped communicating with me. I told them I had a deadline to get with the IRS and could not get an answer to any questions I asked. I went through two people assigned to my case because no one would ever return my calls and this morning I cancelled. Dan was my contact case worker and I'm just going to say unprofessional at everything.
