The communication was so good and understanding that I do recommend anyone who needs help with there credit to please call them. They are a top notch company. Horrible Horrible. I worked with somebody named Garrett who took my $500 and said they would help me settle and I would get it back if they couldn’t settle and then they didn’t help me settle. So nothing happened and I’m out of $500 and the manager refused to pay me any of it back even though they had to fire the employee who lied to me. After I wrote this review the owner Jeremy emailed me demanding I take it down but still wouldn’t take responsibility for a promise his employee made. It was a waste of $500.
