If you want to increase your credit score, go to Flux Credit! I came to Flux Credit when I was done blocking collection calls and ignoring credit card collection calls. I finally had to face the music and get my credit back up and I had no clue what my first steps would be. I was hesitant to call any credit helper agency to be honest because I was already freaked out about all my bills but dealing with something else was just another something . BOY I was wrong ! I worked with Chris for a little over a year and a half and his knowledge and expertise has helped my credit tremendously. He also was there to communicate and explain everything down to the tee. I watched Chris clear up my credit report in awe. He offered me advice to increase my credit. Everything recommendation he gave me, I did and my points increased daily. I am so grateful to have trusted him with my journey in achieving a higher credit score . I started with 8 accounts and now I am down to 2 accounts and almost done! He did everything from answering my questions on a Sunday afternoon to settling the toughest accounts. All I did was sit back and watch my credit increase. He understood where I was coming from and we became good friends along the way. I know it can be scary and you may feel Vulnerable to open the burden you have to someone else but without Chris and Flux Credit , I would still be blocking all those calls! This company is a scam they obviously… This company is a scam they obviously delete the bad reviews and kept the good so no one knows how much there suck! If I could give them zero stars I would DO NOT GIVE IN to these scammers I hired them which they insisted I pay weekly afterwards as well but a month goes by and no respond only wanting more money! Also I had ask several times for a cancellation and a refund due to not wanting there horrible services they continue to encourage me that things will pick up and continued to shift me around to new agents! I finally had had enough cancelled services and not even 2 weeks later I’m getting a garnishment from a settlement they said they had worked on ! They also said they had paid this in reality they DID NOT pay it! What kind of company only pockets funds and continues to be open THEY ARE A SCAM!

People do matter I received immediate correspondence from Pond. After all the hoops he gave me a final price of $9,795.00 which was a better price than the original cost of $14,000. Then I got the paper work. What they were able to save me from the Vendor they tried to charge me and then some in Attorneys costs, over $16,000 in total. When working with a 3rd party sometimes you don't know what there offering your customer. In my case it was a huge surprise to the company as well as the owner. I received a phone call from Robin who took the time to go over everything with me. In the end the options were not favorable for me. I appreciate the time that Robin and even the owner of the company took with me to try to rectify this situation. After all is said and done I would refer my family and friends to this company.

Speak with a local attorney first. The review Conner left on here is exactly what happened to me as well. I needed an attorney, went to some lawyer website nolo or something. "Attorney" calls me up and directs me to these clowns so I was under impression they were his people who were also lawyers until I got an email from them asking for my details and telling me they can't actually give me any legal advice they aren't lawyers. They strung me along for a couple weeks then stopped getting ahold of me. Called after a bit and they said they were working on it. Couple weeks later I got a letter from the creditors. Nice work guys! They're just crooks. I got a local attorney that got a way better deal for less than this place charges up front. I suggest speaking with a real attorney.
