Greatly Exceeded My Expectations Let me start by saying that the team at Flux Credit greatly exceeded my expectations. As I imagine many feel, the lawsuit against me was unfair, to say the least. Regardless, I knew that unless I could settle it, the amount owed would continue to increase and seemingly never end. Let me give you some numbers. I was sued for approximately $120,000. After attempting to settle on my own, I was left with a $90,000 offer (which is basically what I owed minus late fees, etc.).
