This company is a scam they obviously… This company is a scam they obviously delete the bad reviews and kept the good so no one knows how much there suck! If I could give them zero stars I would DO NOT GIVE IN to these scammers I hired them which they insisted I pay weekly afterwards as well but a month goes by and no respond only wanting more money! Also I had ask several times for a cancellation and a refund due to not wanting there horrible services they continue to encourage me that things will pick up and continued to shift me around to new agents! I finally had had enough cancelled services and not even 2 weeks later I’m getting a garnishment from a settlement they said they had worked on ! They also said they had paid this in reality they DID NOT pay it! What kind of company only pockets funds and continues to be open THEY ARE A SCAM!

Speak with a local attorney first. The review Conner left on here is exactly what happened to me as well. I needed an attorney, went to some lawyer website nolo or something. "Attorney" calls me up and directs me to these clowns so I was under impression they were his people who were also lawyers until I got an email from them asking for my details and telling me they can't actually give me any legal advice they aren't lawyers. They strung me along for a couple weeks then stopped getting ahold of me. Called after a bit and they said they were working on it. Couple weeks later I got a letter from the creditors. Nice work guys! They're just crooks. I got a local attorney that got a way better deal for less than this place charges up front. I suggest speaking with a real attorney.

I never leave feedback for a company, however today that changed. As of today, a problem that has followed me for 20 years, has ended. Professional & communicative — highly recommend I'm very happy with the work that Chris at Flux Credit did on our behalf and highly recommend them. I reached out to Flux Credit when a collection agency was hounding us and threatening to sue. A hospital imaging provider did not submit their claim to our health insurance plan for over a year, at which time the insurance company rejected the claim because it fell outside their timing guidelines. Although our insurance company determined we did not owe anything, the provider turned this over to a collection agency, who harassed us throughout 2019, 2020, and 2021. Flux negotiated a reduced settlement with the collection agency and got their legal commitment to permanently close the case. Chris was very communicative, keeping me in the loop regularly throughout the three-month process and always responding quickly to my calls and emails. Everything was handled very professionally. I would turn to Flux Credit again should we ever have a need.
