I got my financial freedom back! I cannot believe it took me so long to leave a review. When I knew the only way out of my debt was to settle, I was wary of any debt settlement group, having heard horror stories. I am SO glad that I found FluxCredit. They are the real deal! They helped me settle by debt for tens of thousands of dollars less than I would have had to pay on my own, and they dealt with BOA when they wanted to take me to court. Jeremy was always so kind and willing to talk me through everything, and I felt like he really cared. I paid off my settlement back in 2021, and my credit score is back to being great, my business is now a multi-six-figure business and I have zero debt. I just want to give others hope that you can turn things around. FluxCredit is a big reason I have financial freedom right now. I'm eternally grateful to them.

Horrible Horrible. I worked with somebody named Garrett who took my $500 and said they would help me settle and I would get it back if they couldn’t settle and then they didn’t help me settle. So nothing happened and I’m out of $500 and the manager refused to pay me any of it back even though they had to fire the employee who lied to me. After I wrote this review the owner Jeremy emailed me demanding I take it down but still wouldn’t take responsibility for a promise his employee made. It was a waste of $500.

If you want to increase your credit score, go to Flux Credit! I came to Flux Credit when I was done blocking collection calls and ignoring credit card collection calls. I finally had to face the music and get my credit back up and I had no clue what my first steps would be. I was hesitant to call any credit helper agency to be honest because I was already freaked out about all my bills but dealing with something else was just another something . BOY I was wrong ! I worked with Chris for a little over a year and a half and his knowledge and expertise has helped my credit tremendously. He also was there to communicate and explain everything down to the tee. I watched Chris clear up my credit report in awe. He offered me advice to increase my credit. Everything recommendation he gave me, I did and my points increased daily. I am so grateful to have trusted him with my journey in achieving a higher credit score . I started with 8 accounts and now I am down to 2 accounts and almost done! He did everything from answering my questions on a Sunday afternoon to settling the toughest accounts. All I did was sit back and watch my credit increase. He understood where I was coming from and we became good friends along the way. I know it can be scary and you may feel Vulnerable to open the burden you have to someone else but without Chris and Flux Credit , I would still be blocking all those calls! If you want to better your credit, Flux Credit is the way to go!!

Professional & communicative — highly recommend I'm very happy with the work that Chris at Flux Credit did on our behalf and highly recommend them. I reached out to Flux Credit when a collection agency was hounding us and threatening to sue. A hospital imaging provider did not submit their claim to our health insurance plan for over a year, at which time the insurance company rejected the claim because it fell outside their timing guidelines. Although our insurance company determined we did not owe anything, the provider turned this over to a collection agency, who harassed us throughout 2019, 2020, and 2021. Flux negotiated a reduced settlement with the collection agency and got their legal commitment to permanently close the case. Chris was very communicative, keeping me in the loop regularly throughout the three-month process and always responding quickly to my calls and emails. Everything was handled very professionally. I would turn to Flux Credit again should we ever have a need.
