Greatly Exceeded My Expectations Let me start by saying that the team at Flux Credit greatly exceeded my expectations. As I imagine many feel, the lawsuit against me was unfair, to say the least. Regardless, I knew that unless I could settle it, the amount owed would continue to increase and seemingly never end. Let me give you some numbers. I was sued for approximately $120,000. After attempting to settle on my own, I was left with a $90,000 offer (which is basically what I owed minus late fees, etc.). These types of creditors are paid to be mean - and they certainly live up to that. I absolutely did not want to deal with them any more. So I hired Flux Credit. Long story short, in less than 2 months, everything was resolved for $58,500 - and that includes the well-deserved fee that I paid to Flux Credit. Flux Credit not only saved me over $30,000, but they saved me from the headache of having to deal with some real jerks. Totally Recommend Flux Credit This was important for me to leave this review. When I came to Flux Credit I was a hot mess. I had judgements and buried in debt. They quickly became my power of attorney and got the judgements off of my back. They negotiated with my creditors and reduced pay off amounts significantly. This company is amazing! This company is amazing! Jeremy and Rob are hard working and incredibly dedicated to their work. The first time I called Jeremy, I was unaware of the 3 hour time difference. He answered his phone at 7 am his time and spent an hour on the phone with me discussing my situation and our personalized plan of attack to address mine and my husbands credit/legal issues. Professional & communicative — highly recommend I'm very happy with the work that Chris at Flux Credit did on our behalf and highly recommend them. I reached out to Flux Credit when a collection agency was hounding us and threatening to sue. A hospital imaging provider did not submit their claim to our health insurance plan for over a year, at which time the insurance company rejected the claim because it fell outside their timing guidelines. Although our insurance company determined we did not owe anything, the provider turned this over to a collection agency, who harassed us throughout 2019, 2020, and 2021. Flux negotiated a reduced settlement with the collection agency and got their legal commitment to permanently close the case. Chris was very communicative, keeping me in the loop regularly throughout the three-month process and always responding quickly to my calls and emails. Everything was handled very professionally. I would turn to Flux Credit again should we ever have a need.
