If you want to increase your credit score, go to Flux Credit! I came to Flux Credit when I was done blocking collection calls and ignoring credit card collection calls. I finally had to face the music and get my credit back up and I had no clue what my first steps would be. I was hesitant to call any credit helper agency to be honest because I was already freaked out about all my bills but dealing with something else was just another something . BOY I was wrong ! I worked with Chris for a little over a year and a half and his knowledge and expertise has helped my credit tremendously. He also was there to communicate and explain everything down to the tee. Did not do the job Hired these guys to get money owed me from my ex husband. Garrett took my money then attempted to take more out of my bank account I stopped that. They stated that I had not paid them the 200.00 they stated was their fee to get my money from my ex husband that he owes me in a judgement. I proved that I paid them. They sent me to someone else whom has never done anything for me. So essentially I am out 200.00 and nothing is different. Ex husband still owes money ex husband still has not paid money. Plus I am out 200.00 and the referral they gave me I've gotten no where with them. Be cautious extremely cautious

Professional & communicative — highly recommend I'm very happy with the work that Chris at Flux Credit did on our behalf and highly recommend them. I reached out to Flux Credit when a collection agency was hounding us and threatening to sue. A hospital imaging provider did not submit their claim to our health insurance plan for over a year, at which time the insurance company rejected the claim because it fell outside their timing guidelines. Although our insurance company determined we did not owe anything, the provider turned this over to a collection agency, who harassed us throughout 2019, 2020, and 2021. Flux negotiated a reduced settlement with the collection agency and got their legal commitment to permanently close the case. Chris was very communicative, keeping me in the loop regularly throughout the three-month process and always responding quickly to my calls and emails. Everything was handled very professionally. I would turn to Flux Credit again should we ever have a need.
