People do matter I received immediate correspondence from Pond. After all the hoops he gave me a final price of $9,795.00 which was a better price than the original cost of $14,000. Then I got the paper work. What they were able to save me from the Vendor they tried to charge me and then some in Attorneys costs, over $16,000 in total.
