GBI was amazed by how well I was… I was amazed by how well I was communicating with SYP. She was very attentive & very knowledgeable about my tax report throughout the process; she responded so quickly whenever I had questions & using the Tax Software on the phone was phenomenal. All you have to do is Take a clean picture & upload it on the tax software & She does everything. Conversations & docs are all fully recorded by the Tax app. My previous accountant was still using the Gmail account to send the documents & no chatting at all. I highly recommend it to anyone who's thinking about changing or needs a new accountant. I’m sure you won’t regret it.
