I am an older, single woman with not many assets and I was in real trouble when I found them. By far, the BEST Heartland was the THIRD tax assistance firm I retained. The other two, Optima, and BlackFin IRS Solutions, didn't measure up to Heartland. I would heartily recommend Heartland to anyone who has to deal with the IRS.
