2021 tax prep Worked with the team to file 2021 tax return. Later came back for tax planing. Tax advisors are very knowledgable and helpful if you need someone that specialises in rental property taxes. I'd suggest you reach out far before 2022 filing deadline if you want to work with them and have a friend that refers you. This will give you a higher chance of getting off waitlist ,

Bad Experience Founder was not very helpful in explaining his pricing and very quickly began to tell me to look for someone else to file my wife and I's taxes since "he has a waitlist of customers that dont inquire about pricing." All of this came after I asked if we could hold off in filing my wife's taxes since I was under the impression it would cost the same (first year married) and explained I would not have paid $1,000 had I known since hers is extremely basic and would have simply been done on TurboTax. I dont blame them for being frustrated I questioned pricing after he prepped our returns and sent us the invoice which I tried to apologize about that however it was sad to see how immaturely this was handled by them and was far too condescending for me to every recommend to another potential customer. Best of luck with your waitlist of customers and Godspeed they dont ever have a misunderstanding regarding your pricing.
