We hired them to set up and manage our books, expecting professional accounting services. Instead, we were met with incompetence, deception, and a complete lack of accountability. This so-called firm is not a real team—it’s just two individuals, Albert and Cali, pretending to run a fully staffed accounting business. They assured us they had the expertise to handle our financials, but in reality, they were completely out of their depth. After paying them $18,323, we expected proper bookkeeping and guidance. What we got instead was a mess of misclassified transactions, incorrect journal entries, and reckless handling of our financial records. Their work was nothing more than clicking through QuickBooks without any real understanding of accounting principles.
