Amy is top-notch and knowledgeable Today I contacted The W Tax Group regarding a burdensome matter of back taxes. I was fortunate that the individual answering my phone call was Amy. I don’t think there are enough adjectives to describe her level of genuine empathy, patience, and kindness. Amy listened to my tax history in question and had an immediate explanation and solution. This tax weight has consumed the better part of a decade. For Amy, this is her job, and she exhibited the utmost in professionalism, but for me she has been a lifeline. Got into a mess with the IRS Got into a mess with the IRS and Steve Hooks was there with me through the whole ordeal very good guy to work with he saw hope when i couldn't see a light at the end of the tunnel. I hope I never have to use the W Tax Group again but if I do you can bet I will be calling Steve Hooks.

So much easier to deal with than the IRS! That sounds like a back-handed comment—anyone is easier to deal with than the IRS--but it's actually what I appreciated most about W Tax Group. Even routine communication with the IRS can be confusing, frustrating and stressful, all the more so when there saying you owe them money. W Tax Group took care of all that, and did so in a professional and efficient manner. Now my tax issues are settled and I can live my life. Very satisfied.
