Looking forward to no debt! In the past few months, I had made calls before and was not sure what options to try to get out of credit card debt. However the agent, David Perez was more than able to reassure me of the advantage of the only offer made to me. Very helpful and informative The rep was very understanding, helpful, friendly, and energetic. He walked me through everything that was needed and what to expect from the process in detail and what issues could come up. When I got an offer, he explained the next steps and what to expect moving forward with the offer, again in great detail.
