Very helpful and informative The rep was very understanding, helpful, friendly, and energetic. He walked me through everything that was needed and what to expect from the process in detail and what issues could come up. When I got an offer, he explained the next steps and what to expect moving forward with the offer, again in great detail.

This organization is the best. I'll never go anywhere else. This my second time consolidating debt with this organization due to a change in my income/employment status.
