You all have been there from the purchase of my first car, throughout my education, and now as an adult you are still there when I need you. To have members via phone that I have never seen, congratulate me when I make large payments or members shout for me as I pay off a loan early shows me how much passion they have for people. GBThe customer service was awesome The customer service was excellent and the representative responded back to me in a timely manner and answered all questions that I had. She was very sweet and made sure that I was satisfied. So far the best bank ever.

GBI was a bit nervous starting an account… I was a bit nervous starting an account with the credit union only because I was afraid to get a "not approved". The process was quick easy and Jazmine really understood that I wasnt sure about some things and not once did she get frustrated with me asking so many questions. I was able to go into the branch (which i love) to get my debit card and there was absolutely no wait!! I look forward to building a healthy credit relationship with you all!!!
