GBAn Amazing Loan Officer Loan officer LaWanda Jones did an awesome, exceptional, professional job processing an auto loan for me. She genuinely showed me kindness. No question I asked was a dumb one to her. Ms. Jones even gave me her cell phone number to call if I had any questions or concerns. I did in fact, call her after hours on a Friday and again on Sunday. I kid you not, she was just as professional as if it was during regular business hours. I appreciated her patience. She eased my fears of purchasing a vehicle in such a turmoil economy of rising interest rates. Kudos to Ms. Jones, She's a great asset to Mutual Credit Union!!!

GBLove my Credit Union Since I have been a member of Mutual Credit all things have been great. When I go to the bank they greet you with a smile first. We all laugh, talk, and enjoy one another. GBMy loan officer was absolutely… My loan officer was absolutely wonderful. She had less than a hour before her lunch break when I walked into her office. Needless to say a hour and a half later this young lady was still just as courteous and when I first arrived. I was greeted with a warm smile and very professional attitude. I would have no problem recommending Mutual Credit Union to my family and friends
