Mutual Credit Union serves those who LIVE, WORK, WORSHIP, VOLUNTEER, or ATTEND SCHOOL in Warren, Hinds, Yazoo, Issaquena, Sharkey, Claiborne, Lowndes and Copiah Counties and Pickens County, AL. Chartered in 1931, Mutual Credit Union is Mississippi's oldest credit union, and one of the Southeast's most respected. Through the years, our State-chartered financial institution has grown from humble beginnings into a world class financial services organization with over 23,000 active members and nearly $300 million in assets. Offering the complete continuum of consumer financial services, we provide members with the same level of service as big banks for substantially less cost. An Amazing Loan Officer Loan officer LaWanda Jones did an awesome, exceptional, professional job processing an auto loan for me. She genuinely showed me kindness. No question I asked was a dumb one to her. Ms. Jones even gave me her cell phone number to call if I had any questions or concerns. I did in fact, call her after hours on a Friday and again on Sunday. I kid you not, she was just as professional as if it was during regular business hours. I appreciated her patience. She eased my fears of purchasing a vehicle in such a turmoil economy of rising interest rates. Kudos to Ms. Jones, She's a great asset to Mutual Credit Union!!!

Always Available I have been a member of Mutual Credit Union since 16. You all have been there from the purchase of my first car, throughout my education, and now as an adult you are still there when I need you. To have members via phone that I have never seen, congratulate me when I make large payments or members shout for me as I pay off a loan early shows me how much passion they have for people. Thanks Mutual Credit Union and a special thanks to Karen White (my financial mother).

10 out of 5 service Everyone was really patience with me and went above and beyond to help me and make sure I understood what was happening. It was my first time ever trying to refinance anything before and I wasn't treated like any of my questions were silly. There is no way I can express how much I appreciate that. Christie is an absolute sweet heart and I would recommend her to anyone I meet with similar problems.
