It was my first time ever trying to refinance anything before and I wasn't treated like any of my questions were silly. There is no way I can express how much I appreciate that. GBI was a bit nervous starting an account… I was a bit nervous starting an account with the credit union only because I was afraid to get a "not approved". The process was quick easy and Jazmine really understood that I wasnt sure about some things and not once did she get frustrated with me asking so many questions. I was able to go into the branch (which i love) to get my debit card and there was absolutely no wait!! I look forward to building a healthy credit relationship with you all!!!
