GBI was a bit nervous starting an account… I was a bit nervous starting an account with the credit union only because I was afraid to get a "not approved". The process was quick easy and Jazmine really understood that I wasnt sure about some things and not once did she get frustrated with me asking so many questions. I was able to go into the branch (which i love) to get my debit card and there was absolutely no wait!! I look forward to building a healthy credit relationship with you all!!!

GB10 out of 5 service Everyone was really patience with me and went above and beyond to help me and make sure I understood what was happening. It was my first time ever trying to refinance anything before and I wasn't treated like any of my questions were silly. There is no way I can express how much I appreciate that. Christie is an absolute sweet heart and I would recommend her to anyone I meet with similar problems.

GBAn Amazing Loan Officer Loan officer LaWanda Jones did an awesome, exceptional, professional job processing an auto loan for me. She genuinely showed me kindness. No question I asked was a dumb one to her. Ms. Jones even gave me her cell phone number to call if I had any questions or concerns. I did in fact, call her after hours on a Friday and again on Sunday. I kid you not, she was just as professional as if it was during regular business hours. I appreciated her patience. She eased my fears of purchasing a vehicle in such a turmoil economy of rising interest rates. Kudos to Ms. Jones, She's a great asset to Mutual Credit Union!!!
