GBAn Amazing Loan Officer Loan officer LaWanda Jones did an awesome, exceptional, professional job processing an auto loan for me. She genuinely showed me kindness. No question I asked was a dumb one to her. Ms. Jones even gave me her cell phone number to call if I had any questions or concerns. I did in fact, call her after hours on a Friday and again on Sunday. I kid you not, she was just as professional as if it was during regular business hours. I appreciated her patience. She eased my fears of purchasing a vehicle in such a turmoil economy of rising interest rates. Kudos to Ms. Jones, She's a great asset to Mutual Credit Union!!!
