Mutual Credit Union serves those who LIVE, WORK, WORSHIP, VOLUNTEER, or ATTEND SCHOOL in Warren, Hinds, Yazoo, Issaquena, Sharkey, Claiborne, Lowndes and Copiah Counties and Pickens County, AL. Chartered in 1931, Mutual Credit Union is Mississippi's oldest credit union, and one of the Southeast's most respected. Through the years, our State-chartered financial institution has grown from humble beginnings into a world class financial services organization with over 23,000 active members and nearly $300 million in assets. Offering the complete continuum of consumer financial services, we provide members with the same level of service as big banks for substantially less cost. The customer service was awesome The customer service was excellent and the representative responded back to me in a timely manner and answered all questions that I had. She was very sweet and made sure that I was satisfied. So far the best bank ever.

Always Available I have been a member of Mutual Credit Union since 16. You all have been there from the purchase of my first car, throughout my education, and now as an adult you are still there when I need you. To have members via phone that I have never seen, congratulate me when I make large payments or members shout for me as I pay off a loan early shows me how much passion they have for people. Thanks Mutual Credit Union and a special thanks to Karen White (my financial mother).

How I love Mutual Credit Union Every since, I opened an account up with Mutual Credit Union I have been very satisfied. I have been treated like a real person. Everyone has been so, kind and helpful. All of my needs have been met and I received a personal thank you for doing business!! Who does that?

My loan officer was absolutely… My loan officer was absolutely wonderful. She had less than a hour before her lunch break when I walked into her office. Needless to say a hour and a half later this young lady was still just as courteous and when I first arrived. I was greeted with a warm smile and very professional attitude. I would have no problem recommending Mutual Credit Union to my family and friends
