GBTodd was very professional Todd was very professional, and had a good sense of humor. He knew I was having an issue during our meeting and did his best to get me out as quick as he could. Customer service had always been one on OMF best features. Only negative thing I can say is, your restrooms NEED to be open to your customers so they don’t have to crap in their pants. I’m 75 years old with an extreme case of IBS and was humiliated and extremely embarrassed that I had a bowel movement while with Todd.

GBAsk for way to much personal financial… Ask for way to much personal financial information. It was a series of we need "x," and once "x" was supplied they asked for something more. In other words, they kept moving the goal posts. A loan application should be straight-forward with all the info they need listed up front.
