I’ve received a check in the mail I’ve received a check in the mail, which I let sit on my end table for about two weeks until I decided to give them a call to further understand the process of cashing said check. They were extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and they did absolutely amazing at answering them and not making me feel dumb. Monthly payment is reasonable and term of loan is reasonable. Should I ever need to get another loan after this one, I will definitely be using 1st Franklin.

Good People and Good Vibes! They really cared about what I was going through and truly helped me when no one else would! Dishonest hypocrites Not helpful at all. I received an advertisement in the mail and after researching them I decided to apply. I called before applying and was transparent about my situation. Cayla Surrett encouraged and pushed me to apply, then immediately tells me there’s nothing they can do. They are total hypocrites and don’t actually care about helping people. I have a brand new car titled in my name, make 80k per year, and am not late on anything. Now I have a new inquiry for nothing. Total bait and switch and dishonest business.
