Initially, they entice you with the promise of ZERO closing costs and lender credits during the first call. However, the reality is far from what they claim. Once you're hooked, they begin adding additional costs, justifying them as lender fees beyond their control. This bait-and-switch tactic is both deceptive and unethical. As a borrower, you deserve transparency and honesty throughout the loan process, which Stronghome Mortgage fails to deliver. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking out a more reputable and transparent mortgage provider. Strong Home Mortgage's practices are unacceptable, and I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone seeking a home loan.
