GBA Review for Eduardo Claus Eduardo was very efficient in handling everything that was needed to start the process in helping with the loan department to complete the refinancing of my loan. I’m glad to have worked with such a self oriented person who would put out the fires before they started. The majority of time, when I would call, he would call back within minutes, if not within an hour or two with an explanation of why he didn’t call back sooner. It was just so easy speaking with him because he has a very approachable personality. Because of the past and present quality of service I have received from Network Capital, I have and will always give referrals!

GBCompetitive pricing, great people, but not super smooth I would rate 3.5 stars if I could, but since I can't, I will just round up to 4 since the process completed successfully. They are very competitive with their costs and have matched every other offer we received. There were a few small bumps and headaches along the way, some of which were stressful, and after closing, they were not helpful in solving some oddities with our data on the application. Overall, I will give them another shot for future needs.

I've been warned about the arduous and frustrating process that it takes in order to secure a home loan, ESPECIALLY when dealing with the wrong lenders. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing and easy everything was solely because of Viviane and Kelly. Their professionalism was exceptional and wow were they fast with everything. Highly recommend and will definitely be back with any future needs.
