I made the right choice I do wish these companies would charge less interest but I see the risk factor so it is what it is. I did a lot of homework and went with Inheritance Funding because: 1) Paul C was able to clearly walk me and my attorney through a certain provision in the will 2) He checked in on OCCASION while I did my due diligence unlike competitors that hounded me all hours/every day 3) They gave me the best terms with no-nonsense And then - 4)the money arrived the next day by Fed Ex (at their expense), a full week before I anticipated it would

I just called this company to get help… I just called this company to get help with understanding my options in regards to an inherited property with my siblings after the death of my father. The person I spoke to (Paul) was not only not helpful, he was extremely rude. I was trying to get basic info about the services offered as it's been difficult to understand what my options are to buy out my siblings from their share of the property, etc. Paul not only didn't help me, he hung up the phone on me without even saying goodbye or being very kind or understanding about what I was asking. After the loss of my father and everything there is to deal with, I just needed help understanding how this company might be able to assist us in our process. I would think people who work there would be a lot more sensitive to dealing with people in grief who are overwhelmed. This guy was pretty much just a jerk.

Outstanding experience with this… Outstanding experience with this company. Great communication. Honest dialogue. Quick decision and funding in my account less than 24 hours later. I had my doubts when I called because I’d just spent the past week getting the run around with another (you’ve seen their Probate Ads..online. wink wink ) anyways, after days and days of emails, countless calls, document scans, proof of this and that and blah blah blah. The other Probate Advance company sent me a TEXT that said sorry, deal won’t work… A TEXT! The next day, I called a couple others but the timelines wouldn’t work but then I got Paul at Inheritance Funding. Paul saved the day and restored my hope in humanity. He was great to work with and from the start set clear expectations which….he followed thru on. Also, this company was HALF THE PRICE of the competitors.
