GBI called to inquire about a car loan… I called to inquire about a car loan and Mellie walked me through the process. I went to the branch to sign paperwork that was waiting for me when I walked in the door. Mellie called a few days later to follow up to see where I was in the purchasing process. She has been kind and helpful and answered all of my questions, even when I asked them two or three times.
