GBGreat place to get a Loan. I'm a returning customer i've done business with Tower Loan in the past. But what made my experience better this time around was the new staff. I was helped by the branch manager Mr. Merchant in the Eufaula, AL office. He went above and beyond. Now that's customer service!

GBWith the people sitting at desks With the people sitting at desks, the man almost falling asleep, you would think the service would have been faster. But the lady coming in from lunch then clocking in to her computer she came to wait on me to renew my loan and apologized for the 18min I sat there!!!

GBWe love Tower loans We love Tower loans, They’re friendly and treat you like a valued customer ! The process is super easy and quick. We had hesitations about taking out a loan at first but now when an emergency occurs or when we just need a little extra cash, we can count Tower loans.
