PHEvery time my aunt sending me the money… Every time my aunt sending me the money from US to PHILIPPINES when i pick up money always told me at remittance OMNEX IS ALWAYS OFFLINE!! Tell now her sending money last April 16 in the second is April 20 tell now i didn't get it bcos OMNEX ALWAYS OFFLINE or technical issues!!!
