Not allowed to do transfers with no reason given Tried to do a transfer, it got cancelled immediately. The reason they gave was that my identity couldn't be verified. That seemed fine, it's good to do due diligence. I then contacted customer service and they said there was no way to verify my identity and I am not allowed to use the app to do transfers. And for what amounts to a permanent ban on my account they gave no reasons... I am a legit person, I could have proven my identity if they had given me the chance.
