I spoke with them numerous times over the phone and emails before I made the jump into mining, my first time mining, so I had a lot of questions before I made my big investment. GBSmooth experience Smooth experience. Limited time on my part. Walked me through the connection process. Only drawback is the demand for the hardware means it takes a while to get the mining equipment installed. Most likely the same anywhere. I am mining!
