I called multiple times throughout the… I called multiple times throughout the day. All of which I had to wait for 20+ mins with no answer. When someone finally answered, the response was we can’t do anything and it looks to be a system error. I sent the money on Saturday, today is Friday and the recipient hasn’t be able to get the money. What’s worse is that the amount was removed from my account since Tuesday and nothing was or has been offered for the inconvenience this caused. All the representative said was, you can always cancel to get your money back. Which based on prior experience takes more than a week as well.
