Great experience… I can say that BT-Miner has surprised me in how fast and timely their customer service is…you wouldn’t expect to get answers almost all day and every day, weekends and all…as important, its not a bot or lip service, they tell you they are going to get something done and they do. Only one thing I can think of that would make this experience them best in class…if they could provide and interface to all of the miners being hosted so we can make changes to pools or go solo when we want w/o having to wait for their excellent customer service to do it. I give them 5 Stars but would give them 6 if they had that last interface…hard to improve greatness but they can be best in class if they can add that one last part…

US Based Representatives that were helpful They have representatives based in New York state and these representatives were very helpful and understood the need to issue W9 tax forms required in the US. They also spoke English well which bridged the language barrier. We are AsicHive, one of the largest Litecoin miners in the US, and they were able to handle our requests for larger quantities of miners. They also gave you tracking numbers promptly so that you didn't have to bug them to tell you where your shipments were.

Bt-miners kd lite purchase 5 stars, was ordered, shipped within the time frame given and even arrived early. It's hard looking for asic/mining equipment vendors that accept credit cards and have fair prices and these guys were legit, would be my go to for future asic purchases.
