I have had them reach out to me to verify things like when I accidentally hit the submit deposit a couple times too many and to make sure I was making several deposits or if a mistake before they pulled money out of my checking account. Also when I needed them I submitted an email and they answered my questions and got my account straight right away. Fantastic service I can't wait until they make an app for Android so I can transact even more easily.

I made a 'Distribution Inquiry' June 6… I made a 'Distribution Inquiry' June 6 via email. On June 6 I spoke with Amanda P on the phone getting clarification. June 11 KT sent email apologizing for delay. On June 13 after speaking with Amanda P she informed me there was a block on my email address. I explained to her that I notified KT associates several years ago that my emails we're not getting to 'operations'. The associates like Amanda we're getting my emails. On June 13 at Amanda's direction I resent my forms to info@kingdomtrust - I requested a receipt. Today is June 21 - I have heard nothing and have not seen my cash deposit from KT.
