IT IS QUITE CONVENIENT. ... RIA'S ONLINE TRANSACTION IS QUITE SMOOTH. ALTHOUGH, I GET LESS MONEY IF I TRANSFER IT THRU ONLINE THAN GOING TO A RIA AGENT. SPECIALLY, TO SEND MONEY TO BANGLADESH, GOING TO A RIA AGENT ALWAYS GIVES BETTER RATE THAN ONLINE. BUT, OVERALL, I ENJOY THE CONVENIENCE OF DOING IT FROM HOME ONLINE.

Reliable in all aspects... Iv been using ria for a year now n I can't think of any other money transfer that are reliable n I can trust.. Iv had a couple of hiccups but the customer service are very understanding n are very quick to reassure that it will get sorted on the day.. The fees are very low ,its also very helpful cos instead of paying a lot on fees at least it can just be added on the money im sending for my family in need.. The only thing is that if u go to one of the branches instead of online ,the fees quadrupled recently n I dont understand why tho.. But overall I love using Ria ...very reliable n trustworthy...its all I cud say ... Thank you,for being very reliable,honest n trustworthy... It'll be nice if Ria can have some kind of reward card, for people that uses ria often to send money..something that can either help the sender n reciever.. Thank you ,for being so wonderful to customers like me..

Issues with ID verification Instruction on your website say "When transfer amount is >$3,000, ID of sender will be verified. For a $1,000 the system took me to ID verify which was time consuming and my camera on my computer and on phone were not able to take my video.
