GBAbsolutely useless cards Absolutely useless cards. We drew down 2 x £50 cards from an online survey site and ghave tried to exchange them as part payment for a holiday with a well know cruise company. The travel agent cannot get them to [process through. So we are now £100 out of pocket with 2 cards we cannot use where we wantt to use them.

GBRED FLAG I am very disappointed. I have a balance of $19.35. Ive made several (14) transactions for under the balance available and all have failed. Insufficient funds. I contacted customer service several times over a month period and have not received a response. Apparently there are a number of people in the same situation. That raises a red flag to me. Others agree.
