When they contacted me they stated the Experian had said the consumer was a minor. I told them at this time that he was 62 years old and Tyler Wessel stated he would check on it. We never heard back from him. I reached out to see if he had any updates but in 1 week, I still have not received a response.

Communication was not good have had several questions never get any replies as they don't answer phone and have email everything usually

Nothing definite up front from them Nothing definite up front from them. If I would of known all this when they kept coming up, I have to pay more ahead of time, after approved for 16,000, I never would of bought item. I have never in 68 years delt with a not up front deal with a finance company, as I did this one, this time. After this pays off, I will never use, or recommend them again.
