We applied on3 different lenders,one of… We applied on3 different lenders,one of them just denied the loan, the other lender answered after 3 weeks saying they interested on our business,stevana answered on the next day we started asking 150K loan they very kind and patient leading us to get it,it was approved in the next couple weeks because we needed a higher loan Stevana and his manager got the highest loan we needed to get a nice grapple truck!! The communication was beyond amazing The communication was beyond amazing. The overall process was a little time consuming, however. In all fairness, there was a time zone difference and other factors that played a roll in making the process stretch out over 4 days. All-in-all, though, I would use again.

Had to switch agents mid loan Had to switch agents mid loan, computer problems three or four different times had to wait at the truck lot for funding for 8 hours. Communication was not good have had several questions never get any replies as they don't answer phone and have email everything usually

Quick & precise The company got right onto the financing of the equipment purchase. 10 days from the time we first contacted them till the money was sent to the seller and we had the loader in place. Kyle was great to work with.
