Customer Service Not Helpful Kept telling me that something went wrong. Chatted with customer service and they said one time it was because it was a duplicate account. Second time, they resent me a password reset email but I never received them. I even checked my spam folder. Never received a reset email to log back in and that is all they wanted to do is keep sending the reset email.

Credit score up 100pts from StellarFi I honestly can’t believe how quickly my score has gone up from using StellarFi. I went from 640 to 745 and my high credit limit goes up every time I pay a bill. It’s so nice to be able to build credit without using a credit card and having the risk of going into more debt. Scam Scam. Unauthorized Transactions in my bank account from being connected to their bill pay card. I believe hacking was involved on their end because they have access to the information not anyone else. My bank have placed a ACH Block to prevent anymore money from being withdrawed without my consent. Currently their is a investigation after letting them know but last time I went through a similar situation the bank had to retrieve my money.
