Paid off loan months ago We see that you continue to send unsolicited commercial bulk email as well, violating our CEASE and DESIST. If you wish to respond, you must do so via USPS First Class Mail as you were advised. You did not add me to the Do Not Call List as requested as you have called 23 times since November 24th. The calls are always at the same time of day, so you are clearly using an illegal auto dialer to call a cell phone. Which is costing me money per call and prohibited by Federal Law. Your permission to call was revoked effective November 24th, 2023. I am entitled to damages per Federal law as you continue to call a cell phone, costing me money. Please see the attached document for a list of call received from Helpful Lending. It clearly shows the calls are coming from you. I suggest you stop the calls and remove ALL phone numbers you have collected for me. While you may be owned by the "tribe" you are not immune from service or a lawsuit. Please contact us via USPS Mail to discuss a settlement and resolve this matter out of Court.

Think before signing with this company If you are in need of help, think before signing with this company and look elsewhere. I had thought the interest wasnt so high (i looked elsewhere and chose helpful lending) but ended up with 450% APR. $2150 dollar loan and with interest, total cost is $7500. Would give zero stars so please look elsewhere and where ever you choose, make sure you know the interest.
