USMy first experience using this company… My first experience using this company was absolutely horrific however recently they restructured and they reached out and they're asking for a second chance which is pretty cool I was banned after being unhappy that product I purchased was not available but I had no refund options I just had to wait it took maybe 12 to 24 hours but I got it as well as a bonus so that was cool. However the transparency that they're showing now is awesome and I love to give dogs haircuts
