Asking to put more money, sounds like what a scam would do I have submitted a withdrawal on the 23rd March, normally a withdrawal process will takes about 5 to 15 mins to process in the blockchain system, however my transaction ID has been 'Pending' ever since then. I had tired to communicate with them using their live customer support, however there is no response. Then I email them on their support email and they did response. However they stated that I have been doing suspicious activity "Arbitrage (Money-laundering)" and asking me to add more money to upgrade my account into a VIP, so that I am allowed to do Arbitrage and the withdrawal will go though. I reply to their statement and asking more question about the VIP and if I can cancel my withdrawal instead (so that I can at least use that money to continue to trade in their platform, to prove that I'm not money-laundering). And ever since there is no reply and response from them. I even send them another email asking for a response, nothing. I tried to email them on their customer service email, but it got bounced back. At this point, I am pretty sure they do not care about my circumstances and only care about money coming and making excuses when people are trying to withdraw their money. For those who are considering to trade in Binacy, I would suggest to STAY AWAY, and actually follow your own countries regulators (at least there is a form of protection) PS, I had a level 2 KYC verified with them and I look up on the term Arbitrage meaning, nothing of it speaks of money-laundering. So I have no idea how they decided that those who Arbitrage = Money-laundering, while their VIP are ok to Arbitrage
