Dave is your guy! I had my reservations at first. As I'm sure many others might think "what's keep them from saying they couldn't recover the password and just keep all the tokens?" However, you proved that you provide an honest and transparent service which is hard to come by these days, especially in the crypto space. Where even the Tezos Foundation failed in recovering my password, you succeeded in less than 24h. This made my day. Thanks again Dave

It works! My son somehow copied/pasted is phrase wrongly. I tried loads of combinations and possible mis-spellings myself before eventually giving up. Contacted Dave - after about a week he sent my son a mail saying he couldn't crack it, but would leave his competers/software trying. The next day he mailed to say he'd cracked it - my son was sooooooo happy - 20% is a lot, but its better than losing it all and for my son, its hopefully a lesson he'll learn from (although I doubt it) :) - Anyway - it is a very genuine and honest service.

I contacted Dave regarding being unable…You can't get anymore genuine... I contacted Dave regarding being unable to access my tokens in Trust wallet. He responded quickly with links on where to go and how to recover my tokens using my Json file and password. Dave never even charged me for his advice. You can't get anymore genuine than that.

Really efficient and honest I really had a wonderful experience with these guys, I had lost a word of the wallet but I didn't know which one it was, I had private in every way but nothing, in the end the problem was simpler than expected and they answered me really in very few hours solving the problem and since it was not difficult they took only half of the agreed price. A really more than honest action, many others with your seed would take it all while they took less than what they owed and they really riaolved me a great problem! Highly recommended. Also, I tried leaving the funds in the wallet for several months to see if they would then disappear (even though they themselves intimated to me to transfer them right away because as they were sent via email they could be read in clear by any malintee), and instead no one touched them. Truly delighted with their work and highly recommended. Although I hope no one ever needs them ;)
