The loan process is quite confusing, and he was there with me every step of the way, often calling me back off-hours. I felt extremely supported by him. Had an interesting set of back & forth… Had an interesting set of back & forth emails until Bryan Rabanal was assigned to me.He was quite helpful, but then I was told that Lorenzo would be my contact, Then I was assigned back to Bryan. Bryan was very responsive & helped me through the application. Once I got the App finished he followed through on all my calls & helped resolve a couple of issues, When I could not get through to Bluevine, Bryan did for me & helped me get finally confirmed & hopefully get the funds I requested. The good news is that he called me back every time I called him.
