He even followed up with a call to check if my issues had been resolved. I am particularly impressed by the fact that one gets through to a real person on the other end. Not a digital voice which prompts you through options and numbers.

Customer service was really good and… Customer service was really good and proactive. Abhishek Jha was constantly following up to make sure that the funds are transferred with the correct ref as there was a mix up from my side. Really appreciate the efforts made by him. Will transfer funds again.

Personal touch I had transferred an amount to India and was not getting confirmation about the status of the funds into the account. When I got in touch with the chat, "Rahul" was kind enough to give me call to understand my query. Further, he gave me follow up calls to update me on the status. I was very much happy and relieved to get a direct interaction and was completely at peace after the calls. I would like to thank remitmoney for the great customer support teams. Further, I would like highlight the efforts Rahul has taken to help me out. Hope he will be rewarded for his efforts as well.

Great experience with Remitmoney.com so… Great experience with Remitmoney.com so far. I called Aftab yesterday regarding money transfer. He tracked my transaction and told me that it would be completed by the end of the working day yesterday. I thought it would atleast take couple of days but to my surprise it was completed in just few minutes after I spoke to him. He is awesome!!
