One suggestion - docs about how to get the key required for order would be very helpful to beginners.

In a matter of seconds I have received acknowledgment email and in about in hour I have received the link to the plot. The download speed was incredible and the plot has just worked. The only suggestion to the service I have is to make more clear tutorial how to access the public keys. I will definately using the service again.

Exactly what I expected! I specified that I wanted a k32 101.4GB plot and that's what I got. I got my plot download link in 43 minutes, which is well within the 1-hour mark (depending on the workload). Downloads are quite slow and the download URL is not HTTPS but I'm sure there's a server-based reason for that and that it's just a matter of upgrading.

Since I'm on a slower internet connection I'm only able to download at 2mb/s so the plot will take 20 hours. Others may find that the download of the completed plot faster with more internet bandwidth.
