Pango made the process simple Pango made the process simple, streamlined and they were available for questions, and they were friendly. I have been asking questins since… I have been asking questins since August 2018 ,and repeatedly asked for updates and to date I have not heard anything. Even last week I asked a simple question about required minimum distribution and no one ha responded yet. I am not sure why I am being charged a 110 monthly fee.
