simple solution to a complex proble I tried it as I'm always exploring different tools to recommend friends and I found bitwage super cool. I can't think of a simpler solution to receive fiat payments abroad that get automatically converted into bitcoin or stablecoins. You as a freelancer/worker, no longer need to worry.. you just tell your client/employer to pay as they normally do

Really convenient for Latin America It has been more than a year using Bitwage already, the service is fairly good (it's not a bank) and the customer service is really friendly and responsive. I did have a couple of delays but it didn't take away the good overall experience. Even though I had those issues I still want to give Bitwage 5 starts because I know they still have room for improvement. I'd say first improvement should be getting that stablecoin fee down to 1% because the market is offering a few more options as of today like Utoppia, WallBit and Ping... so ideally having several options makes it better for us the customers =)

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM FABIANO I am really pleased to say that the best customer service experience that I have ever had in my life was with Fabiano Dias. He is always available no matter what time I message him to respond to my doubts, he offers great solutions, a very kind treatment and support. He was able to help me instantly with serious banking matters and being really fast to answer and to solve problems. I think he is a very valuable asset to the Bitwage community. Keep it up Fabiano!

They're great! They're great! Fantastic customer service, easy to use, and set up. I never had any problem in the last three years I've discovered them. I manage a team of 88 freelancers, and if any issue comes up, there's always a speedy reply and solution from Bitwage's team. I wouldn't change them for the world

Great service. Small catch. Great service. It took me a while to get my payment delivered (due to miscommunication with MY employer, not bitwage's fault) and I got excellent support by Ramiro Raposo in their slack channel. I finally got my payment as expected. The only thing to improve for me would be the spread - fee scheme. My wage is in Euros, I got payed by bitwage in cUSD (CELO), and the exchange rate was a bit away from optimal (2,5% spread + 2% fee = 4,5%). I would like to see cEUR implemented as a distribution option since that would diminish the spread loss.
