We may not have always agreed at first on the credit limit, however setting up our customers credit limit based off the recommendations ended up being very beneficial in the long run as it help reduce the risk of our receivables. The only knock I really have is it's a little pricey for a start-up like me. As long as the price goes down I could see my company working with them for years to come.
