CONS: -No online portal to manage loans -They do not take direct deposit letters from banks, only cancelled checks or letters confirming fund receiving account existence on bank letterhead I wish I could manage the account online, but instead I must email their agent, mail in payments and inquires, or call support. An online experience to manage the loan, see schedule, and make payments would be great.
