It took nearly a month to get mydebit card in the mail and ACH transfers have all taken at least five busidays to be available in my account ti pay bills. Their "Premium Service" is a profound joke and absolutely NOT worth the $55 per month. They cannot direct you to basic information about your account spending policies in the contract, so just take the time and look yourself while the escalate the inquiry so someone vacancies get back to you. NOTHING premium about that. I'm moving my money as fast as I can!!!
